To identify the location of the Fall Conference and coordinate all event planning related to the location with the event location staff as it relates to event space, lodgings, and meals. Negotiation of all rates and oversees related contracts and invoices. Reserves the entertainment for the networking event. Additionally, manages the refreshments, name plates, and any other needed materials for any other event, like Board meetings, as needed.
| To select the winners of the Fall Conference awards, purchase those awards, and manage the award ceremony at the Fall Conference. Determine and purchase the prizes/gifts for any event. Manage the Mi-GMIS merch store.

Vendor Relations Committee - Will Luchin, ChairTo manage and develop vendor relationships for sponsorships at all events. Manage the registration of vendors for the Fall Conference and selection process for the same. Determine sponsorship opportunities for other Mi-GMIS events and manage those sponsorships.Members:

Membership Committee - Michael Nofs, ChairTo grow new membership and retain existing memberships. Manage all processes related to the membership. Identify events where Mi-GMIS can be promoted for recruitment purposes. Manage member registration at all events. Drive participation at events.Members:

Communications & Marketing Committee - Craig Brown, Chair To coordinate all communication through Discord, Listserv, social media to our membership. Develop marketing materials for use by the organization. Manages content on the Mi-GMIS website.
| To manage the technological infrastructure of Mi-GMIS. Manages the website, Discord server, and Listserv. Takes design changes requested by Communications and implements on the website. Provides registration management for events, Controls access for membership to these services based on Membership Committee requests. Maintains Domain(s), email services, file services, audio visual equipment for meetings.

To manage the finances of the organization and
determine ways to enhance said finances to provide for the organization. Provide assistance to the Treasurer in all
duties required for the auditing and maintenance of the financial records.
